Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
UK Shipping
Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
International Shipping
Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–12 business days.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Underwear, swimwear, bodysuits
Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)
Gift cards
Return Process

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Return Costs & Fees
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
A £7.50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours (subject to availability). Follow the return process above and specify the item you would like to exchange for.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Returns
If you are a customer from outside the UK, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit, we suggest that you secure a reliable courier for your returned item.
The same 3-day return window and £7.50 restocking fee apply to international returns. If any other costs are incurred for the return of an international package it will be deducted from the refund.
EU Customers
Orders shipped to the EU are covered by the 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the eligibility conditions listed above.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at coladaclo@outlook.com with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost.
